Named after the Samoa and Caramel Delight cookies, these cupcakes are a mix of both flavors in one. With a rich chocolate base, frosted with a buttercream/cream cheese mix, and topped with roasted coconut flakes and salted caramel drizzle. The frosting takes away the bitterness of cream cheese on its own, while also decreasing the level of extreme sweetness of buttercream giving it a balanced flavor profile.
